Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • salt to taste
  • paprika to taste

Instructions
 

  • Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting a lengthwise slit through the center of the shell, stopping just before the tail fins. Pull the meat out and place it over the shell.
  • Season the lobster meat with Kosher salt and sprinkle paprika for color.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Melt the butter, then combine with minced garlic. Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter.
  • Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes or until the lobster is no longer translucent.

Notes

Use even-sized lobster tails for even cooking; if they're different sizes, cook separately. Ensure the lobster tails are completely thawed before cooking.
