Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 large sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder or ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Wash and dry the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into thick wedges, approximately ½ inch thick.
  • Place all the wedges into a mixing bowl and drizzle them with olive oil and all the seasonings. Toss to ensure they are evenly coated.
  • Once the air fryer is heated, evenly space out the wedges inside the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry the sweet potato wedges for 15 to 18 minutes, turning each wedge over halfway through.
  • Serve the sweet potato wedges immediately as a side dish or save for meal prep.

Notes

Cut sweet potatoes into uniform thickness for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding air fryer basket.
