Ingredients
  

  • 500 g lamb meat, chopped finely
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 heaped tablespoon butter

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion, peppers, tomatoes, and garlic into small pieces.
  • Sprinkle salt on them according to your taste and spread them in a casserole or cast iron pan.
  • Sprinkle the thyme.
  • Spread the meat on it.
  • Place the cubed butter over the meats.
  • Place it in a preheated oven at 200 C degrees.
  • Mix it every 15 minutes and bake until the meat is soft, checking with a fork or knife.
