Ingredients
  

Fish

  • 3 filets mahi mahi
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Blackening Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne

Mango Salsa

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup mango
  • 1 medium avocado
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 juice of lime

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chop up tomatoes, avocado, mango, and cilantro and add to a bowl and mix together with the lime juice and refrigerate.
  • Add all blackening spices together and mix.
  • Pat fish dry and add seasoning to all sides of the fish.
  • Add olive oil to a pan over medium/high heat and once heated add fish to the pan. Cook for 4 minutes on one side then flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
  • Plate the fish and top with the salsa.
