Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 3 bell peppers (mixed colors, sliced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and pat dry.
  • Mix chicken with olive oil, lime juice, and spices, then marinate 15–20 minutes.
  • Slice bell peppers and onion evenly.
  • Heat skillet and add oil.
  • Cook chicken 5–7 minutes until done, then remove.
  • Sauté vegetables 5–7 minutes, add garlic last.
  • Return chicken to pan and mix well.
  • Warm tortillas until soft.
  • Assemble with toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a cast-iron skillet for best flavor. Avoid overcrowding the pan. Finish with fresh lime juice for brightness.
