Ingredients
  

  • 1 large tortilla of choice Burrito-sized tortillas work best
  • 1 big spoonful cooked & diced chicken
  • ¼ cup mashed avocado Can use store-bought guacamole
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese Optional
  • ¼ tablespoon butter for pan

Instructions
 

  • Fill very center of tortilla with ingredients, spreading mashed avocado first
  • Heat pan on medium heat, then melt butter
  • Toast both sides of wrap until crispy & golden (about 2-3 min per side)
  • Cut in half to let cool & serve!

Notes

Any tortilla will work, but burrito-sized tortillas are easier to fill. The recipe can use other proteins like ground beef or turkey. Seasoning depends on the protein used.
