Vegetables
- 1 head broccoli separated into florets
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
Oils and Sauces
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ tablespoon oyster sauce or ½ tablespoon light soy sauce + ⅛ teaspoon sugar
Cooking Instructions
Bring enough water to a boil in a large pot, add pinch of salt and ¼ teaspoon sesame oil and then cook broccoli for around 1 minute. Transfer out. (No need to drain)
Heat cooking oil in a wok and fry chopped garlic until aroma over slow fire, then turn up the fire and slide broccoli in.
Add salt and oyster sauce, mix well. And serve warm.
