Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 ¼ cups creamy peanut butter divided
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 1 9-inch chocolate graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until fully incorporated and light in texture.
  • Transfer the peanut butter filling into the prepared chocolate graham cracker crust. Spread evenly to smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the filling is firm and set.
  • Before serving, drizzle the remaining ¼ cup melted peanut butter over the top and garnish with chopped peanut butter cups if desired.
