Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 2 pounds boneless top sirloin steak
  • 1.5 cups Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Pasta and Sauce

  • 1 pound pasta cooked according to directions
  • 16 oz Alfredo Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 4 cups chopped spinach

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Mix together Italian dressing, lemon juice, and rosemary. Add steak to the marinade, cover, and marinate for at least one hour.
  • After marinating, cook pasta according to directions.
  • In a large pan over medium heat, cook steak until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
  • Heat Alfredo sauce in the same pan over medium heat.
  • Add spinach and 3 tablespoons of gorgonzola cheese. Cook until cheese has melted.
  • Drain pasta and toss in sauce. Add steak.
  • Plate and crumble extra gorgonzola cheese on top, drizzling with balsamic glaze.

Notes

To make balsamic glaze, heat balsamic vinegar to boiling, then reduce to simmer for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
