Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the softened butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt into a mixing bowl.
  • Use an electric mixer to beat the ingredients together on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed during mixing.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For a softer spread straight from the refrigerator, let the butter sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. If you prefer a less sweet butter, start with ⅓ cup of honey and adjust to your taste. This butter freezes well for up to 3 months. Wrap tightly before freezing.
